Describe a time when you went above and beyond your required duties to make a customer happy. What did you do? How did your team react? How did the customer react?
A customer reaches out to you, and they are extremely angry. They purchased one of David's courses, they never received any kind of login credentials, and they feel ripped off. They want a refund NOW. Explain the process of how you would handle this situation, and detail what you would say to the customer.
